You provide to us: Name, email, phone, and mailing address (when you fill out a form or book a session), project details you share, architectural plans and files you upload, and payment information processed by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers). Phone number for SMS/text communications if you opt in to receive booking reminders, session updates, or marketing messages from us. Account login credentials (username and password) when you create a client account on our website to access booking services. We store only a hashed version of your password and never have access to it in plain text.
Collected automatically: Basic analytics data via Google Analytics, cookies, and IP address for fraud prevention.
From third parties: Email deliverability data and booking data via Acuity Scheduling.
3. How we use your information
To schedule and deliver your session, respond to inquiries, send transactional emails and SMS (booking confirmations, reminders, session summaries), send marketing emails and texts only if you opt in, process payments, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations. Send SMS/text messages (booking confirmations, reminders, or promotional content) only if you have provided prior express written consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations: WordPress/Kinsta (hosting), FluentCRM (email and contact management), FluentForm (form submissions), Acuity Scheduling (booking), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Google Analytics 4 (analytics), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), Stripe (payment processing), and Meta/LinkedIn (advertising, if applicable). We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Your architectural plans
Plans and drawings you send us are treated as confidential. We use them only to prepare and deliver your session. We do not share, publish, or resell your plans. We retain them for up to 12 months post-session, then delete upon request or after retention.
We may send SMS/text messages only with your prior express written consent. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
