Our story
The plans looked right on paper. Then the walls went up.
Building a custom home is one of the largest financial commitments most people ever make. The plans look right on paper. The 3D renderings look exciting. And then the walls go up, and something feels wrong. A hallway is narrower than expected. The island does not fit the way it did in the drawing. A window is staring at the neighbor garage.
By that point, fixing it costs thousands. Sometimes tens of thousands. Sometimes it just does not get fixed at all, and you live with it.
We opened WYP Wichita to change that. Our studio projects your actual architectural plans at 1:1 scale onto the floor and walls. You do not imagine the rooms. You walk through them. You catch the problems before a foundation is poured, when changes are still cheap.

Sarah leads strategy, partnerships, and the on-site session experience. She works directly with clients, builders, and architects to make every session count.
Cara McClenny
Chief Operating Officer
Cara runs day-to-day operations, marketing, and customer experience. She keeps the studio running and makes sure every client walks out with what they came for.
James Milne
CFO / Advisor
James oversees financial operations and serves as an advisor to the WYP Wichita leadership team.
