Industry Partner Program
Be present when Wichita builds.
In construction and renovation, supplier decisions are made earlier than most suppliers realize. In our studio, clients and their project teams stand inside the plan and choose finishes, fixtures, and products while the decision is still open. Industry Partners are the select suppliers present in that room: the cabinet line has a room, the flooring has a floor, the windows have a wall.
A standard Kansas residential build averages 6.3 change orders and roughly $29,000 of change-order exposure. The sessions that prevent those changes are exactly where your product gets specified.
