Resources

Facility and line layout validation

For manufacturing and aerospace teams validating line layouts, tooling, and clearances before installation.

Reconfiguring a production line or standing up a new cell is expensive to get wrong. Projecting the layout at 1:1 scale lets engineering walk it before a single anchor goes in, catching conflicts on the studio floor instead of during a costly install window.

Line and cell layout

Walk station spacing, work paths, and material flow at true scale. Stand at each station and follow the operator loop the way it will actually run, before the layout is locked in.

Tooling and equipment clearances

Verify clearances, access, and maintenance envelopes at full size rather than from a CAD elevation. Confirm that equipment fits, that operators can reach what they need, and that safe egress is preserved.

Ergonomics and install readiness

Walk the operator ergonomics, reach, and travel to catch issues early. Resolve conflicts before the install window so the team spends install day installing, not redesigning.

The studio supports engineering review. It does not replace your industrial engineers, equipment vendors, or safety authorities.
