FAQ for Realtors
Do I need to attend the session with my client?
No, but you’re welcome to. Many of our strongest partnerships are ones where the realtor attends and uses the session as a chance to deepen the client relationship.
Is there a cost to enroll?
No. Enrollment is free. The discount is applied to your client’s session, not taken from your commission.
Can I offer this to buyers on spec homes or existing custom plans?
Yes. Any architectural plan (custom, semi-custom, or spec with available floor plans) can be walked.
What if I have a transaction coordinator or assistant?
You can invite one teammate to your partner account with the same discount access.
